Refund policy

After an order has been placed we cannot modify or cancel it. However, unwanted items can be returned for an exchange/refund within 30 days of being received directly from Maeren & Co.

✔️ original tags still attached and packaging undamaged  

✔️ free of any damage including stains, odours or animal hair

A refund will be issued within 5 business days once the package has been received and we have approved the above requirements. Please include your order number and name on a piece of paper inside your package.  The cost of shipping a return is the responsibility of the customer.

If you would like to exchange an item, please email us to check on stock availability and once it's confirmed we have what you are looking for, we can process the return of the unwanted item. The cost of shipping an exchange is the responsibility of the customer.

To initiate a return, please email maeren.co@gmail.com with the following information:

• Order number and your name

• Photo with tags on and in new condition

• The reason for the return

If you believe your product may have a manufacturer defect, please email us within 10 business days of your delivery with photos and any important details related to the issue. Product must be new and unworn.

Items washed/worn are not eligible for returns/refunds.
