Shipping policy

Shipping is available in both Canada and the United States.

*We offer free local pickup in Niagara Falls and Hamilton - please see below*

• $5 UNTRACKED lettermail in Canada available for 1-2 pieces ONLY.  Please note, lettermail is at the customers discretion and there are exceptions as to what will be accepted as 1-2 pieces.

• $15 CAD flat rate within Canada.
*some exceptions apply*

• $15 USD flat rate within USA - custom/duty charges are not included and may or may not occur.

• Free shipping on purchases of $100 CAD or more within Canada.

All products will ship out within 1-5 business days. We will do our best to get your order shipped as soon as possible however delays may occur during launches, high volume sales or during the holidays.

Please keep in mind that shipping time will vary based on your location and shipping method. Maeren & Co. is not responsible for delays due to the courier. If you select Canadian lettermail, please keep in mind that this is at the customers discretion/risk. We will notify you when the order is shipped however lettermail comes with no tracking number/insurance. Maeren & Co. is not responsible for any missing packages once it leaves our possession. Please note the timeframe of lettermail can be unpredictable.

We ask that you carefully look over your personal information before checking out your cart. If a package is sent to an address and is refused or undeliverable, Maeren & Co. will pay the postage fees to retrieve the package.  If this occurs and the package is sent back to us, we will refund you the total of the order minus $15 CAD/USD to account for the charges.
